From London A12 At Redbridge roundabout take 2nd exit into Redbridge Lane East and proceed over several mini roundabouts. At Woodford Avenue roundabout go straight across into LongwoodGardens. At roundabout at end of LongwoodGardens go right into Freemantle Road then left into Barkingside High Street. Proceed along High Street to roundabout and take third exit into Forest Road. Entrance to clubhouse and Redbridge Sports Centre is on left before Fairlop station.
From Southend A12 Proceed past Moby Dick pub on left. At next traffic lights turn right into Hainault Road. At roundabout at end turn left into Forest Road. Pass Fairlop Station then turn right into clubhouse and Redbridge Sports Centre entrance.
